Our Team
Chris Chrisbens is a Principal attorney with Silberman Law, PC. He represents
management in all areas of employment law, focusing on affirmative action compliance and OFCCP audit defense, government contractor compliance, pay equity, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Over his years as an attorney, manager, trainer and workplace investigator, Chris has developed a diverse array of employment law skills serving employers in a variety of legal and corporate settings.
Chris joined Silberman Law after many years as a manager of affirmative action planning and OFCCP compliance and audit defense in both the law firm and employer association settings. He now counsels, represents, and provides training to federal contractors in all aspects of affirmative action planning and OFCCP compliance, including OFCCP audits and investigations. Chris has successfully guided many federal contractors through OFCCP audits, on-sites, as well as compensation and hiring discrimination investigations. Chris also provides customized on-site or virtual training on affirmative action and workplace investigations.
Chris earned a B.S. degree in finance and international business from the University of Colorado, and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver bar associations, and is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
