Our Team
Krystal Welland is the Senior Statistician at Silberman Law. Krystal has more than fifteen years of in-depth experience performing complex statistical analyses including various regression analyses and adverse impact analyses employing the same methodology utilized by EEOC, OFCCP, and other state enforcement agencies. Krystal specializes in all types of employment analytics with a particular focus on pay analyses.
Krystal received a Master of Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado. Krystal’s Master’s degree is in Applied Statistics and Research Methods, with a concentration in Statistical Theory & Statistical Methods.
Krystal also prepares racial equity analyses, employee lifecycle analyses, pre-employment assessment validation study analyses, “root cause” analyses, and wage gap-pay parity analyses. She has extensive experience analyzing large-scale data to identify analytical trends and enjoys formulating strategic approaches for developing robust analytics.
In addition to her statistical skills, Krystal brings extraordinary attention to detail and communication skills to her position. Among her greatest strengths is helping clients understand in practical terms analysis design, methodology and results. Krystal was recognized by Colorado Law Week as an “outstanding legal professional” and has experience speaking at industry conferences.
Krystal is a mom of three, including identical twin daughters. She loves running and reading, especially true crime novels.
