Our Team
Sean Hector is a pay equity statistician with Silberman Law. Earning his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Colorado, Denver, Sean creatively constructs statistical models and prepares analyses to identify develop pay equity trends and disparities.
Having a careful eye for detail and a knack for formulating solutions, Sean works closely with our attorneys to determine the suitability of various models. He crafts gender and racial pay equity analyses, and calculates, as necessary, appropriate pay equity adjustments. And, he has excellent communication skills to describe the analyses he prepares.
Outside of work, Sean is able to express his passion for math and statistics by teaching undergraduate courses at the University of Colorado, Denver. He loves hiking, karaoke, and spending quality time with his wife, Olivia, and two kids.
