Brian Ayers is an Of Counsel Attorney with Silberman Law PC. Brian has many years of experience counseling employers across the country on matters involving pay equity, affirmative action, OFCCP audits, pre-employment assessments, and general employment law. Brian built from scratch a robust pay equity practice at his previous firm and has worked with a wide range of public and private employers to help them navigate the complex intersection of laws governing equal pay. 

Brian has also overseen an affirmative action practice group for many years and has guided dozens of clients successfully through OFCCP audits and investigations. He has advised clients on matters ranging from basic compliance to complex defenses of challenged pay and hiring structures and has consistently helped clients under investigation obtain Letters of Compliance. Brian has a strong track record guiding clients in answering complex questions with straightforward, easy to follow explanations that help audits and investigations run smoothly and successfully.

Brian is a former history teacher and loves collecting historical maps. He is an avid reader and enjoys futilely rooting for his beloved but cursed Buffalo sports teams.
