LEAD Statistician
Krystal Welland is the Senior Statistician at Silberman Law, PC. Krystal performs statistical analyses, including pay regression analyses and adverse impact analyses employing the same methodology utilized by EEOC, OFCCP and other state enforcement agencies.

Chris Chirsbens is a Principal attorney with Silberman Law, PC. He represents management in all areas of employment law, focusing on affirmative action compliance and OFCCP audit defense, government contractor compliance, pay equity, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Lead Data Analyst
Jessica, Silberman Law’s Lead Data Analyst, works closely with our clients on a broad range of EEO, pay equity, affirmative action and diversity projects. In addition to her analytics expertise, Jessica has excellent project management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail. For many years she has led teams of data analysts on large-scale EEO, pay equity and diversity projects.

Brian Ayers is a senior Of-Counsel attorney with Silberman Law PC. Brian has many years of experience counseling employers across the country on matters involving pay equity analyses, affirmative action, OFCCP audits, and general employment law.
Director of OperationS & GOVERNMENT REPORTING LEAD
Haidee Folpp is Silberman Law’s Director of Operations and works closely with our team and our clients to lead the project management of many of our firm’s largest engagements. She also specializes in government EEO reporting including OFCCP Contractor Portal certification, EEO-1, VETS-4212 and quickly growing state pay reporting obligations.
Statistician
Travis Smiley is a Statistician with Silberman Law, focused on preparing a broad range of equity analytics, including pay equity analyses, wage gap-pay parity analyses, diversity lifecycle analyses, and pre-employment assessment validation study analyses, He brings excellent, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills to his role with our firm.
Statistician
Sean Hector is a pay equity statistician with Silberman Law. Earning his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Colorado, Denver, Sean creatively constructs statistical models and prepares analyses to identify develop pay equity trends and disparities.
Data Analyst
Orin is a Data Analyst who focuses on affirmative action plan preparation. His specialty is data integrity reviews of client applicant and employee data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency. He prepares AAPs for Silberman Law clients in a wide range of industries and throughout the country. His excellent attention to detail and project management skills come from his military background, where he found his passion for data analytics.
