Shareholder

Mickey is the founder of, and Shareholder with, Silberman Law. For more than 30 years, Mickey has represented management in all areas of employment law, specializing in equal employment opportunity, artificial intelligence in the workplace, pay equity, and workplace inclusion.

LEAD Statistician

Krystal Welland is the Lead Statistician at Silberman Law. She has over eighteen years of experience conducting advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling and adverse impact testing, using methodologies consistent with federal law and state-level enforcement standards.

Chris Chrisbens, Esq.

PrincipaL

Chris Chrisbens is a Principal attorney with Silberman Law. He represents management in all areas of employment law, focusing on EEO  government contractor compliance, pay equity, pay transparency and pay analyses, workplace investigations, pre-employment assessments, and workplace inclusion.

Lead Data Analyst 

Jessica Carroll, Silberman Law’s Lead Data Analyst, works closely with our clients on a broad range of EEO, pay equity, artificial intelligence and workplace inclusion analyses. In addition to her analytics expertise, Jessica has excellent project management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail. For many years she has led teams of data analysts on large-scale EEO, pay equity and workplace inclusion projects.

Michelle Duncan is a Principal attorney with Silberman Law, PC. With over 25 years of employment law experience, Michelle  counsels employers in the areas of compliance with emerging Artificial Intelligence laws, how to evaluate and mitigate legal risks related to hiring, advancement and retention, and compliance with government contractor EEO obligations and reporting. 

Director of OperationS & GOVERNMENT REPORTING LEAD

Haidee Folpp is Silberman Law’s Director of Operations and works closely with our team and our clients to lead the project management of many of our firm’s largest engagements. She also specializes in government EEO reporting including OFCCP Contractor Portal certification, EEO-1, VETS-4212 and quickly growing state pay reporting obligations. 

Statistician

Sean Hector is a Statistician at Silberman Law, where he designs and conducts EEO pay analyses to identify trends and assess potential disparities. He earned his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Colorado, Denver.
