Jessica Carroll
Lead Data Analyst
Jessica, Silberman Law’s Lead Data Analyst, works closely with our clients on a broad range of EEO, pay equity, artificial intelligence and workplace inclusion analyses. In addition to her analytics expertise, Jessica has excellent project management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail. For many years, she has led teams of data analysts on large-scale EEO, pay equity and workplace inclusion projects.
Jessica has deep experience analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of client data, preparing employee “life-cycle” analyses related to recruitment, hiring, advancement, retention, and fair pay.
Jessica leads the preparation of annual Equal Opportunity Plans (EOPs) for our clients across a broad range of industries and throughout the country. She works closely with our clients to prepare the EOP’s and provides support throughout the year regarding EOP implementation and administration.
Since 2007, Jessica has worked with Mickey, Chris and Michelle on hundreds of client matters. She works exceptionally well with our firm’s attorneys and statisticians.
When not helping clients, Jess can be found with her nose in a book in her backyard oasis, gardening, or hanging out with her 8-pound Yorkie, Milo (aka Killer).
