Jessica Carroll

Lead Data Analyst

Jessica, Silberman Law’s Lead Data Analyst, works closely with our clients on a broad range of EEO, pay equity, affirmative action and diversity projects. In addition to her analytics expertise, Jessica has excellent project management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail. For many years she has led teams of data analysts on large-scale EEO, pay equity and diversity projects. 


Jessica spends much of her time preparing OFCCP audit submissions for the firm’s clients. She has deep experience analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of client data, preparing and analyzing adverse impact analyses, conducting utilization analyses, identifying pay disparities, and investigating reasons for the disparities. 


Jessica leads the preparation of annual AAPs for our clients across a broad range of industries and throughout the country. She works closely with our clients to prepare the AAPs and provides support throughout the year regarding AAP implementation and administration.


Since 2007, Jessica has worked with Mickey on hundreds of client matters. They work exceptionally well together and with our firm’s clients. Since the founding of Silberman Law PC, Jessica and Mickey have a 100% success rate in closing OFCCP audits and investigations with letters of compliance.


When not helping clients, Jess can be found with her nose in a book in her backyard oasis, gardening, or hanging out with her 8-pound Yorkie, Milo (aka Killer).
