Sean Hector

Statistician 

Sean Hector is a Statistician at Silberman Law, where he designs and conducts EEO pay analyses to identify trends and assess potential disparities. He earned his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Colorado, Denver.

With a strong eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving, Sean develops customized statistical models and collaborates closely with the firm’s attorneys to ensure the appropriate methodologies are applied. He prepares EEO pay analyses, calculates merit-based pay adjustments as necessary, and clearly communicates complex statistical findings to both legal teams and clients.

Outside of his client work, Sean shares his passion for math and statistics by teaching undergraduate courses at the University of Colorado, Denver. He enjoys hiking, karaoke, and spending quality time with his wife, Olivia, and their two children.
