Lead Statistician

Krystal Welland is the Lead Statistician at Silberman Law. She has over eighteen years of experience conducting advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling and adverse impact testing, using methodologies consistent with federal law and state-level enforcement standards.

Krystal specializes in pay equity analyses, using advanced analytics to identify risks and support defensible pay decisions. She also focuses on AI in the workplace legal compliance and statistical assessments, reduction-in-force analyses, employee lifecycle analyses, root cause investigations, and wage gap assessments – leveraging large, complex datasets to uncover trends and provide clear, actionable insights.

Krystal holds a Master's in Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado, with a specialization in Applied Statistics and Research Methods. Known for her precision and clarity, she excels at translating complex statistical models into practical insights for legal, HR, and management audiences. Krystal was recognized by Colorado Law Week as an “Outstanding Legal Professional” and is a frequent speaker at national and regional HR, employment law, and workplace compliance conferences.

Krystal loves being a mom of three, including identical twin daughters, and enjoys running, reading, and writing.
