With over twenty years of experience in data management, workforce analytics, EEO compliance reporting, and I-9 audits, Lana supports clients across many industries to analyze and interpret complex HR data. She has extensive project management experience and brings excellent attention to detail and communication skills to her projects. Lana collaborates closely with Silberman Law’s attorneys, statisticians, and the firm’s clients to ensure accurate, efficient, useful analyses and effective compliance reporting.

Beyond her professional work, Lana is deeply committed to community engagement and volunteerism. She contributes to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, where she has donated over 500 hours promoting awareness and contributing to meaningful causes that align with her values of service and inclusion - earning the 2023 Rooted in Community Helping Hands Award for her dedication.
