Chris Chrisbens
Principal
Chris Chrisbens is a Principal attorney with Silberman Law. He represents management in all areas of employment law. Chris has, for years, focused his practice on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance including government contractor EEO obligations and reporting, Pay Equity, Pay Transparency, and Pay Analyses, Workplace Investigations, pre-employment testing/assessments, and Workplace Inclusion. Chris also focuses on Artificial Intelligence in workplace compliance as well as I-9 compliance and issues related to discrimination in immigration and export control compliance.
Over his years as an attorney, manager, trainer and workplace investigator, Chris has developed a diverse array of employment law skills serving employers in a variety of legal and corporate settings.
Chris joined Silberman Law after many years in both law firm and employer association settings. He now counsels, represents, and provides training to employers in all aspects of employment law, including customized on-site, or virtual, training on employment compliance.
Chris earned a B.S. degree in finance and international business from the University of Colorado, and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver bar associations, and is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
